Background/Purposes
The importance of performing the safe and precise HBP surgery has been more and more recognized, along with the smoother global communication among the international HBP surgeons. JSHBPS has been focusing on our efforts to pursue the knowledge of useful surgical anatomy and approaches/techniques for the better patient care and surgical education.
Thus, we would like to propose "International Webinar -Precision Anatomy for Minimally Invasive HBP Surgery-” with the purpose of making the space to share and discuss the knowledge and experience of how to safely and precisely perform high-level procedures of HBP surgery with international HBP surgeons, and to create the opportunity especially for young HBP surgeons to receive the educational advice from the international HBP experts to improve their surgical techniques.
Contents
In this webinar, the international HBP experts discuss their knowledge and the findings on surgical anatomy and MIS approaches that were obtained during “Precision Anatomy of Minimally Invasive HBP Surgery (PAM-HBP) Consensus Meeting” which was held by JSHBPS in 2020, while watching the surgical videos showing the important anatomical pitfalls and surgical tips. The presenters are going to be Japanese HBP surgeons, and the panelists are consisted of both foreign and Japanese HBP experts.
